What is not Covered

Here is the full list of fairly obvious items 

3- EXCLUSIONS: the FOLLOWING PARTS AND REPAIRS ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS KM+ WARRANTY:*

3.1   Diagnosis fees, manufacturer described maintenance, tune-up, shock absorbers, spark plugs, cap, rotor, tires, mag or alloy wheels, regular wheels, wheel alignment, wheel balancing, fluids, body parts, hoses, pipes, belts (including timing belt and its tensioners), electrical cabling, heating elements, brake pads, brake disks, brake drums, exhaust system including catalytic converter, clutch lining on manual transmission, hydraulic clutch application component, clutch release bearing, gear selector, carburetor, throttle body and valve, pollution control system parts, cooling system parts including the radiator, motor oil cooler and transmission oil cooler; bolts, safety devices, airbags, windows, windshield wiper blades and arms, fused glass, headlights, remote starter, battery, fuses, light bulbs, anti-theft system, wiring, oils, fluids, body parts, interior lining, chassis and any other parts not from the manufacturer or not mentioned in the foregoing section - PARTS COVERED. All fluids, shop supplies and parts not covered by the Warranty. 

 

Note: All gaskets and seals are included in the event of major failures only, the loss of external liquids and / or seeps of liquids escaping through all the seals and rings are considered normal wear and tear and are not part of this contract.

3.2   If the claimed repair is already covered by the dealer, a manufacturer, a garage or any other warranty already in force.

3.3   If the repair is claimed following an accident, collision, perforation of a part or many parts, fire, or theft, or if the damage was caused by a part not covered by this Agreement.

3.4    If the claimed repair is due to the overheating of the engine due to any cooling system defect, lack of lubricant, pre-ignition of detonation, water, carbon deposits or corrosion, contamination of cooling fluids, fuel or lubricants, or negligence on the part of the client or due to a lack of maintenance.

3.5   If the vehicle’s odometer does not work or if the kilometers reading has been changed illegally.

3.6   If the information concerning the vehicle or its description is false or inaccurate.

3.7   If the claim is related to a problem that occurred prior to the client taking possession of the vehicle, or before this Agreement came into force.

3.8   If the purpose of the repair is to remedy a loss of efficiency or a gradual loss of performance, or to make any modifications not recommended by the manufacturer.

3.9   If the claims procedure was not followed.

3.10   If the claim is related to low compression or excessive oil consumption, it will be considered to be the result of normal wear and will not be covered by this Warranty.

The exclusions are only what you would expect, fair and reasonable for everyone.
