Claiming made easy
In the event of a breakdown, KM+ makes it easy to claim

Take your car to any Franchised or Qualified
repairer of your choice & provide them details of your warranty policy.

Your repairer will diagnose the problem and provide an estimated cost of parts and labour to the Claims Dept.

Approval for all valid claims will will be sent to the repairer with the go-ahead for repair work to start.

When the work is complete, sign the invoice and pick up your car. The repairer will be paid direct by the policy issuer.
It's that easy.
Note: Repairs must not commence until the repair is authorised.

Gold Extended Motor Vehicle Warranty and the Platinum Extended Motor Vehicle Warranty are issued by KM+ Warranty Inc. The Bronze/Extra/Plus Extended Motor Vehicle Warranty, Silver Extended Motor Vehicle Warranty, the Gold Extended Motor Vehicle Warranty and the Platinum Extended Motor Vehicle Warranty are arranged by CANCARA Finance & Warranty Corp as an Authorised Distributor of KM+ Warranty. The Bronze/Extra/Plus Extended Motor Vehicle Warranty, Silver Extended Motor Vehicle Warranty, the Gold Extended Motor Vehicle Warranty and the Platinum Extended Motor Vehicle Warranty are being provided on a no advice basis without consideration of your objectives, financial situation or needs.
