CLAIM LIMITATIONS
The number of claims is unlimited, but the policy issuer undertakes to pay only the lesser of the following sums: Up to the sum of FIVE thousand dollars (CA $5,000) per claim, taxes included, for a total maximum of the acquisition cost of the vehicle excluding taxes. The acquisition cost is provided by the Canadian Black Book under the ‘'Clean section'' at the time of said repair visit.

If you change your mind and cancel your order (max. 10 days after purchase) and the Warranty policy has been issued a cancellation fee of $100 or 20% of the warranty purchase price is applicable, whichever is the higher amount.
